Oh yeah...
And it deserves mentioning that the single greatest architect of any program in history is clearly and obviously Howard Schnellenberger.
If he can build FAU into, say....another South Florida....
That would certainly cement his legacy.

In the '60s Bear Bryant called the state of Florida the sleeping giant of college football.
This is not to denigrate what Schnellenberger did at Miami -- or Bowden at FSU. But they didn't just find lead and mystically transform it into gold.

it took awhile but he turn around Louisville, beating Bama in the Fiesta
