re: Porter was part of the Problem

KW didn't play b/c he tended to bust his runs to the outside too much for Porter's liking.

fyi, heard the same about Porter ... he was solely responsible for the whack RB subs and benched players if they hit the wrong hole.

My question is that if he was actually the reason for the problem (and the above was a problem trend that every fan saw and complained about), then why didn't Miles do something about it? Does he have zero authority or does he trust his assistants implicitly and would rather not undermine them, even if what they're doing was wrong?
