Joe Pa is a legend and institution of college football.

He has more integrity than any other coach I have ever heard speak. He refuses to ever whine, he always gives credit to his opponents, runs a clean program, etc. I particularly like the fact that he always acknowledges that there are good players on the other side of the ball and that his team isn´t entitled to win just because they are Penn St. He fully understands that his team needs to play better than its opponent instead of just playing well. He also donates lots of money to his school. Those are a few reasons.
