I love late night with Jimmy Fallon! I actually enjoy it more than the tonight show with conan. The way he plays all kinds of games with the audience is awesome, and of course there is no late night band better than the roots.

I was never a fan of him on SNL. I gave his show a chance when it first started because of The Roots. I wasn't too impressed, but lately I've found myself enjoying his show more than Conan. I love his interaction with the audience and guests.

Not really. I do think his monologue jokes are pretty weak.

Yep but it's funny when he does it. He and Jude law did a sherlock holmes skit the other night and both were laughing their asses off the whole time. Jimmy is goofy but it works perfect with his show.

I hated it at first, but he has definitely figured it out.
The skits and recurring jokes/skits are great.
I always miss the monologue.
Roots and musical acts are awesome. Did anyone see his neil young impression a couple of weeks back?

They have quickly figured out how to make the show work. Limit Jimmy's awful monologue to 5 minutes. Involve the Roots as much as possible. Take advantage of the fact that Jimmy has lots of trendy celebrity friends for some reason and have them make cameos (like Jules with the Christmas cover 
), and tie in as many high-tech product promos as possible.
When the Roots either get bored with the show or leave to go on tour, the show will really suffer.
