When Coach Miles earns a winning record against Saban's Alabama and Florida, I will agree that he's the guy for LSU head coach.

There are so many things wrong with this logic, but I'll just offer this simple argument. At the end of 2007(a season in which Les Miles won the SEC and National Championship, and a season that is less than 2 calendar years removed), Miles was 1-0 vs. Saban and 2-1 vs. Florida. Did you think he was the guy for LSU then? Of course you didn't--you're a goal-post mover. It is literally impossible for him to ever satisfy you because you will continue to push the criteria back. If we beat Florida next year--which would even the Miles/Meyer series at 3 apiece--you will inevitably say, "let's see him do it when Florida is not having a down year and has an experienced QB" or some nonsense like that.

I think he evens the series with Saban next year, and gets close to it with Meyer. But that's still a pretty ridiculous standard.
