I have tried to think and am still unsure.

Charlotte?

San Fransisco?

Or am I missing teams that belong in either?

San Antonio, has no real D1 program of note until UTSA in 2012. Even then it will be an independent and probably an average one at that.

Are they D-1? Cuz if we aren't talking only D-1, then this thread requires too much thought.

No, ANY cfb team. That's the challenge.

Well then this thread is dead to me. And kind of stupid IMO. But it's your thread, so I hope it goes well.

They will start in 2012 as a D1-AA (aka FCS) independent, with Larry Coker as their head coach. Most people in SA are UT or A&M fans, but it's nice to see a big school/city like that get a football team.

You give up that easily?

I thought it was a decent idea. I'd really like to know.

I'm sure Charlotte has a team. UNC-Charlotte? Who is in Baltimore?

He's talking college FB in general, and San Antonio has Trinity College at the very least.

Off the top of my head, I'd say Detroit or Long Beach, CA

Johns Hopkins

Baltimore doesn't have any FBS teams. I think Towson's Division 1-AA. That's the biggest CFB team in this city. A lot of Baltimoreans root for Maryland basketball but don't really care about the POS football program.

Johns Hopkins play Division III football. They play Division 1-A lacrosse and have one of the best programs in the country. The Baltimore/DC area is absolutely stacked with top lacrosse teams. If only that could translate to other sports
