I think the over is a lock! Oregon has scored 42 or more in every pac ten game he played in. That means OSU only needs 21.....this game will be high scoring and OSU will put up more than 21. The Ducks won't stop scoring all of a sudden either.....the over is a fricking lock!

Ok, the last 7 years the civil war is averaging 70.50 points a game and only two of those past seven have been under 63 points. One was 54 and the other was 58. Bet the mortgage payment on the over!!!!

It dropped .5 of a pt in 2 days and went up 1 whole pt before kick off.
