Last year I was all about rooting for the SEC. frick that. I hope Greg McElroy gets the white knocked off him, and Tebow rushes 20 times for 10 total yards in a shocking loss to...anybody.

3 in 4 years for Florida and Nicky being able to say he has transferred his success to Alabama would be crushing for our recruiting (add that to Miles looking like an idiot and rolling JJ after Ole Miss, and we're in trouble).
I think Texas won't provide any resistance for either Alabama's or Florida's offense. TCU's speedy defense and great pass rush from the 4-2-5 would be ideal against Florida's spread, but I would worry about it in goaline or against the power running game of Alabama.
I would like TCU against Florida, but probably not against Alabama. Either way, they would provide a better game for Alabama/Florida than a team whose signature win is over a team that lost to Houston and a mediocre OU team (and who squeaked by OU themselves, after Bradford was out).

The dishonesty of the SEC officials/office has destroyed SEC solidarity. I hope whoever plays Texas gets blown out.

Won't happen. You must've missed A&M putting up 40 on UT and being a KO ret for a TD and a missed FG away from overtime. TCU is the best shot at beating the SEC this year, and that is probably only if it's against Florida (spread offense vs 4-2-5, instead of pro-style offense vs 4-2-5).

Hold your nose and go for Bama or the Gators. At least we get a chance to play them next year. If UT wins we won't be able to play them and will have to listen to their crap for years to come.
