But I believe that he did nothing special with the talent he had, and a really talented hs coach could do the same thing he did with this team.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you're only talking about this year.

We started a 19 year old at quarterback. Who has contended for a title with very young QB behind crappy O line?

Miles made enough good calls in '07 to know he can make good calls. We are exactly where we should be based on our actual talent. Our talent is no where near what a lot of people here think it is. To say we are so loaded compared to the rest of the SEC is delusional.

No I'm talking about this year. Alhough JR's arm and a frickton of talent at WR bailed him out a lot in the past.

Regardless, I think we do have a lot of talent at the skill positions. Enough talent to hang wit the #1 and the #2 teams in the country.

That's the said part of this. We could have beaten both Fla and Ark on those days -- Fla was not playing at its full capcity that game -- but I think playcalling, stupid penalties and bad personnel management cost us those games.

That's the point of all this. The coaching costs us games.

Coming into the season, 10-2 sounded really good, 9-3 a little less so. But watching the team still find a way to win on talent and determination after they (players and coaches) kept shooting themselves in the foot was beyond frustrating, it was heartbreaking.
