Who knew from the start that LM wasn't a great coach?

Guys, we basically have Hal Mumme as our coach.

I was concerned but admittedly tried to ignore a lot and give him a chance and make the best of it.

I always thought he was a lucky blockhead, but just recently did I stop trusting his abilities to run a program at all i.e. hiring correct coaches and game management

I didn't like him from the start and his performance in his first game here confirmed my fears.
Even after we won the NC, I still thought he sucked and won on talent alone.

I just tried to stay positive, but never impressed.

Hated the hire, but gave him a chance. Last night was the last straw though.

I thought he was pretty much on par with John Brady right from the start...

Why would a top 10 program (LSU definitely was) choose a coach that has a record of 28-21?????????????? I will NEVER understand that...

that's what we always hire...LSU is not going to take the bank to the market to hire a top 5 name. I would say at this point, our next coach will be along the lines of a Bo Pelini, Dabo Swinney, etc.

It looked like a Coker hire all along, imv.
The freak 2007 season hid it a while longer for some.
