I have always liked Bum Phillips... I think he and Les would be great together..
the Hat and the Boots!
Actually, I have no idea..

That's a tough call. Typically, it would be one of two things:
1. Someone who has been away for a few years.
2. Someone from a lower tier team that has done well but looking to move up.
Wish I had names to share but at this time, I really don't think Crowton is going anywhere.

I know I seldom post, but I like Josh Heuple (sp) QB coach at Oklahoma.

mangino may be looking for a job soon. dude has problems for sure but oklahoma did very well when he was oc. could be dangerous with the type talent that lsu pulls.

Are you crazy?
He is on his way to a early grave as it is. If he lived down here, he would be dead before spring camp.

I think LSU should recruit its new OC from the Gaming Board.

Mangino is a joke as a offensive coach. He is offensive to be around. He road the coat tails of Lattimer, Miller, Long, Snyder, etc and really accomplished little. My choices would be Manny Matsakis, if you want someone who has been a hc and wont be looking for a hc gig or Tim Beck from Nebraska.

Weiss should be available soon. Don't watch ND too much but he's done it for the best team in the NFL. Anybody like this guy?

Weiss isn't going to be a college o cood. If anything, he'll go back to the NFL and be a cood

What about Mike Shula? Anyone think he would make a good OC?
