Our last two SEC games against Auburn and Alabama, we had arguably our best performances of the 2009 season. If Jefferson doesn't get hurt in the Alabama game, most people (including Bama fans) believe LSU wins that ballgame.

The offense is beginning to get rolling under an improving Jordan Jefferson, the defense has been consistent, and some in the LSU nation are turning on the team, which will make the team want to prove our own fanbase wrong.

LSU comes out motivated this weekend on the road against the world and wins 31-14, proving to everyone in the LSU community that 2008 was a fluke.

You heard it hear first. I'm feeling some major Karma this week.

ETA: Whenever the Harmon Forecast picks a Vegas underdog to win straight up (which it rarely does), it's usually a pretty good indicator of what's to come.... LINK

before JJ got hurt, LSU's offense was still right about 100th in the nation and last in the SEC.

With respect to our defense, are we just going to pretend this LA Tech game was nothing more than a bad dream?

I like this team. They play with a want. I'll take this team around. We'll work on things and achieve obstacles with a grit and determination to play.

Did you call into Buddy's show today or just copy exactly what that guy said and pasted it here?

I think the facts that Tech was able to run the ball on LSU's defense and that the offense still has no rhythm whatsoever 10 games into the season, discount the claim that LSU is hot right now.

I liked your 31-13 score better, though. I think Ole Miss gets in range to score three times. 14 points means two TDs and nothing else. They'll be able to move the ball some to score a TD and kick two FGs.

yeah, i keep going back and forth on 13 or 14 for Ole Miss...but I gotta keep it consistent, so I'm going with 14 for the Rebs.

Still a hot program, but not necessarily a hot team.

LSU is actually the least 'hot' and least sexy team in the top 15 right now

Don't tell the Miles haters. Every one of them is hoping against hope that LSU loses it's last 2 games so they can yowl that "we told you so."
They and their whole families are the worst kind of pos on the planet.

Are you the dumbass coach that just called the Buddy Songy show and spewed this exact script?

If not, my apologies, but that caller went on to say that LSU has done a great job with screens and draws this season.

WTF???

We shall see ... I'll either be right, or I'll be wrong.

I've just got a feeling this week. Also, this is a much better LSU football team than 2008 FWIW.
