it is seen as a symbol that stands for something, What do you think of when you see this?
The LSU players came out against the rebel flag, because they and the majority of Americans view it as racist. It represents a past that they have a problem with, and it is disrespectful to the players of LSU (who we watch), who came out and said they were against it.
