He's just happy that Reed selected Auburn. Enough for Auburn to write an article about it.

Does that mean USC is the leader??

I am not convinced USC is the leader after everything I have read. Wait. I haven't read shite and I still don't know where all this USC stems from.

Doesn't his family want to watch him play? That's going to be hefty gas bill.

USC leads per....... yeah, I don't fricking know either.

Pretty much.

I guess that's why everyone feels USC is going to land him.

The only thing that is making me believe USC is a strong contender is SS. I havent seen anything on here to lead me to believe he's heading west, but I do trust a guy that does this for a living, and has a pretty good track record IMO. That's the only thing that has me worried....oh, and the fact that LSU had 2 future NFLers in the backfield this season and has trouble running the ball, but yet again that has nothing to do with why he would go to USC.

you should email me what he had to say about that.

I had to make a choice between Rivals and Sonny. I had to go with Rivals because I had access to the entire site. ...and the entire Scout site sucks.

It wasnt anything concrete...

I agree about the Scout site, but i do enjoy the recruiting ticker. Just wish they would update ranking more often, or at least do all of them a once, instead of people slowly moving around.

Nothing is solidified at all at this point.. but if you haven't noticed by what Jarvis Landry and Mike Davis have said lately, the recruits are starting to notice that we don't do a very good job of getting the ball in the hands of the playmakers and getting the best out of our talent. I think this is a concern going forward and something that school like USC, Auburn are drilling into the minds of these young guys looking for PT. i.e Lache

Yeah, because USC has had major success on the offensive side of the ball this year.

Oh yeah and Fl has been burnning up the score board all year as well Bama. Go play in the WAC if all you are worried about is how many times you get the ball throw at you.

Well..don't you think we're doing the same?

I mean LS tells Miles and Crowton....well, PC is telling me they get the ball to there playmakers much more and seem to be a bett.....oh wait, they have multiple 5 stars and lose to UW, Stanford and Oregon!!!

And two of those losses are among the Top 3 worst in school HISTORY....

And wait...didn't u guys azz rape AU? Hmmm..........

There was some study and the overwhelming factor with recruits choosing where to play was proximity to home.

USC has a special appeal of course, but he's ruled out Texas, so that leaves us. A top 10 program who turned down a 5 star RB last year to wait for him, a team with a sophomore QB that can surround and protect him with other 5 stars like Rueben and Shep and Tolliver on offense, a team primed for a NC run, a team his cousin plays for in the state where he was born. I like our chances.

logic has said LSU for a year now, but logic doesn't always win out. somewhat close to home and family, opportunity for early playing time, top 10 program, NFL feeder, and at the end of the day what coach can pretend to be his friend best wins out
