in past posts, let me say that i agree that that game yesterday was determined by questionable calls and non-calls. i very much doubt it was intentional just to set up bama vs florida in atlanta. in the first half alone, we got screwed royally on several calls and no calls. on bams first td, their TE took a crow hop just before the snap. that should have negated their score. on our big play up the middle that was called back, that was a horse crap call about our lineman "flinching". took away a field goal. there were others, of course, esp the PP interception. personally, i have seen poor calls before but it's usually pretty isolated. this time, it was pretty consistent and across the board against LSU (even incl. ball placements taking away first downs). i mean, ALL of the calls went against us. i'm not saying we weren't guilty of some infractions, i'm saying that bama wasn't called for theirs. that and injuries cost us the game; pure and simple. i'm damn proud of the way our boys played through that adversity. i hope slo-mo replays confirm our anti-official stance and the SEC gets an earful. probably too late for anything else. i know there have been a lot of anti-offiical posts since the game; i'm posting because i have been so adament supporting the officials in the past.

I have been an official and know how hard it is. But I have have also reda the excerpts of the NBA tell all book that is out know where the former Re tells how they fixed games and made side bets, neutralized great defenseive players etc. All to make game more popular, make more money.

Why did it take so long not make the PP interception call? What aout the facemask sack? All the holds? They are either corrupt or just bad.

It's 100% incompetence.

The two officials didn't want to make a call on the PP play. They ruled incomplete, putting the decision solely on the replay official. He got it wrong.

I just can't see how any reasonable person can look at that footage and not call it an int. Even bama fans are admitting it was a pick. It isn't like there was a shortage of camera angles man, frick them

This...+1....If the refs are not going to make a call on a play like that (on the field) where both of them had pretty damn good position is telling. Not only are they scared to make a call, but they are afraid of overturning certain calls as well. It doesn't help when the guy who runs the conference is leveling threats at coaches and fining people. What the hell do we have replay for?

No holding calls against Bama despite all of us seeing it over and over. TT being held on his route (uncatchable ball?), RR being held on his route, etc.

Worthy of an investigation if for no other reason to regain some credibility b/c it's tanking for the SEC at the moment.
