I'm pretty sure the press conference took place on the day of the Sugar Bowl. It seems like he said something but I don't remember the specifics. I do remember watching the press conference from my hotel room on the day of the game.

He talked about how he recruited all of the players for LSU that were instrumental in the LSU win over ND;. especially JR

I remember a few people trying to make a big deal out of it but there was nothing really there if I remember correctly.

he was asked what types of players he was going to recruit to bama and he referred to LSU's victory over N.D. the nite before as to the type and types of players he was going to recruit to bama...

I love every time they're interviewing Nicky. He makes those continual furtive looks to check the camera, where it is, and to look at it. It seems so contrived to keep an image up. Needs a new PR consultant.
