when we abandon the run for the most part and pass pass pass our offense does better than when it was ranked in the 100s

AU and Tulane both blow on defense though, so that has to be kept in mind

our offense has played bad Ds this year and still didn't look nearly as good previously, so it is improving

LSU has played one team with a defense similar to what Bama has and that team manhandled LSU.

I think something to consider is confidence. We haven't improved so much as far as being able to do everything better, but we have our outstanding talent playing confident and believing in the offense which I think was an issue early on especially with a young QB.

if we are talking stats keep in mind auburns defense is better than some of the teams we "struggled" with earlier in the season.

Auburn is not as bad as everyone keeps saying they are.

As for tulane, only 3 teams have put up more points than we did and those offenses are in the top 20 nationally.

No, those defenses were not great, but you can't simply discount an improvement on offensebecause of that.
