We only had 47 plays in the UF game, and that is what hurt us along with the fact they had a 13 minute advantage in time of possession.

We rushed for only 66 yards. If you take out JJ's 5 sacks, which all happened in the second half, then we get 97 yards on 25 carries or 3.88 ypc.

What's interesting to note is that in both the UGA and UF games, only one sack was given up in the first half of either game, and we actually got around the 1st half sack against UGA.

In both games, however, LSU gave up 10 sacks in the second half of both of those games. 7 of those 10 sacks came on LSU's first two drives on the second half, so from what I am gathering, it seems teams were figuring out our blocking schemes at halftime, and our offense wasn't making ANY adjustments out of the half.

Hopefully this will change against Bama.
