In the 4th quarter when Jefferson got hit

it was OBVIOUSLY a helment to helment and those refs didn't call it.

Does the SEC have the worst refs in college football?

Have there been any reports about Jefferson's status after that hit? In the stadium it looked bad enough for him to have recieved a mild concussion.

I think this was a good lesson...he has failed to check out of shite like that all season...now I expect that he will be very careful to check the defense before calling for the snap....

They picked up the blitz on the other side of line. Theoretically Trindon could have tried throwing a chip block, but he's tiny and there were two of them.

in the 2nd when he fumbled, dude pulled him out of bounds by his facemask. I realize the ref nearest was looking at the ball, but geez, could none of the other ones see that?

that's my quarterback, man

the sec absolutely has the worst refs in the bcs.

but the difference between the worst and the best is not very vast.

I think you could make the case for the refs in this one. Seems as though their bodies may have blocked the view of the face mask. Just a possibility.
