I think he can bring a sense of worth to NFL players doing poorly. He won't be able to grab a high profile job but a piss poor team, he can probably help to instill confidence in them.

Kiffin went from NFL to SEC , Petrino went from NFL to SEC. Nick went from SEC to NFL. Spurrier went from SEC to NFL. Why not Les? Oh and Pete went from NFL to Pac 10.

Can Miles coach in the NFL? Yes. Can I coach in the NFL? Yes. That doesn't mean either one of us would be good at it.

So who do you think would be better? He has a great winning percentage, automatic bowl game victories and a national championship to his credit.

Look at the NFL records of all those coaches. That is why Spurrier went from SEC to NFL, back to SEC and why Saban went from SEC to NFL back to SEC. Spurrier, in particular was very stupid only wanting his former Florida players on his teams. It was only matter of time before he was on way out.

There have been coaches that have crossed over from college football over to the pros and been successfull.

Based on this you're saying he's good enough to last 1-2 years in the NFL, which could be true anyway.

he already has coached in the nfl.

Maybe he is just the type of coach that could succeed in the nfl.

Hard arse's don't seem to make it long.

He absolutley has a very good chance of doing well. No question. And he is a great coach.

maybe it will happen and all the miles haters will be dancing in the streets. Once he is gone, you will see how good he really was. Be very carefull what you wish for.

I'm currently failing a physics class at midterms at LSU, and feel pretty stupid over that.

This thread made me realize that I am a god among certain men.
