the dolphins are looking to trade ginn jr. and it made me think, who would we trade for ginn. wouldn't reggie for ginn plus maybe miami's first this year seem pretty good(doubt it's likely ). i think ginn would fit in nicely plus we dump reggie's big contract and get an additional pick in upcoming draft. i also think that reggie would fit into miami's wildcat pretty good, plus ricky is supposed to be retiring after next year, and reggie is pretty good pass catching rb. what do yall think we could get out of that deal, plus ginn would also be a nice kick returner.

Why would the Saints want Ginn?

wow, I don't think the dolphins front office would take that seriously.

I'd be fine with just their first. They could keep ginn.

like i said he could be an upgrade to kick returner, plus i think he could be used nicely in a utility/playmaker role, similar to bush but more of a wr . so we dont lose much from bush's standpoint in that we get a kickreturner/playmaker and trade rb for more of a wr role. but we look like we could stay solid at rb even without bush. and the big bonus would be dropping big upcoming contract and getting additional picks, this is how the pats have stayed on top for so long, by trading players who are not fundamental to success for picks and staying away from big contracts. i actually like bush alot and think he brings a lot to the team, but with this trade i dont think you lose much and gain alot.

Ted Ginn would be the Saints 5th wideout. He and Devery do the same thing and I think Devery is cheaper with better hands.

Is Miami going to throw in a flux capacitor? The trading deadline passed earlier today.

I don't mean to piss on anyone's parade but there's 2 problems:

1. Trade deadline ended at 12:01am this morning.

2. There's over a million threads explaining why Reggie can't be traded this year.

to me the "we should trade bush" sentiment being the "cool" thing to say is played. he seems to contribute well to me....and is actually running sr8 ahead when he should.

do you HONESTLY think Miami would give up Ted Ginn Jr and a first round pick (probably upper mid first round pick) for Reggie Bush?????????

good fricking god
