Les isnt the problem..He's a good head man..LSU needs good young Hungry (works long hours) coordinators looking to be head coach's someday....IM sure there has to be a lot of guys out there Hungry.

Les got full. He need to be hungry again. Crowton need to be hungry again. Our team is hungry but they are being fed peicemeal every game.

Exactly..It makes perfect sense to do that when u want to be in total control..IM sure they have a lot of young NFL assistants (position coach) coach's looking to get some coordinating experience.. I would love to see a chest bumber like muschamp and venables here

i'd say this is false because other than the new OC, I can't name any assistants on the saints staff......

it's all about the HC trickle down effect....

I think 8 million. Would probably take significantly more than that to make him want to drop down to the college ranks

As far as assistants go, SP took 250,000 of his own salary to help pay for DC Greg Williams.
