Effrem Reeds true color SHINE when adding three new threats(Johnathan Darville#22, Landon Collins#2, and Eric Reid#1)
in a misdirection offense with Reed taking the snaps.

Reed (5'9" 185lbs) has struggled the past six games with running the ball due to no other main running back and no constant and good air attack game.

Coach Benny Saia added the new offense this past week and was actually unsure if he were to run it anytime soon,
but with the starting QB Leon Blouin#10 out, it was a must. Even though coach Saia held back-up QB Evan Maiocchi #8 to two throws; Maiocchi completed those two throws and one was a key third down play action to Troy Lewis #21. This kid has been seen to do very well in JV games and has a very good and accurate arm, his time to shine over Blouin #10? Time will tell.

With the help of the other threats(#1,#2,#22)to keep the eyes wondering around instead of keeping them on only Reed. He ended the night rushing for 231 yards and three touchdowns on Friday in the PIT vs. the (Gay)tors <--- lol

Anyway, Darville may have found himself a permanent spot on the Griffins ground offense, he rushed for exactly 100 yards and two touchdowns. Could he be the best RB the Griffins has? AGAIN, Time will tell.

Reid is a LSU commit.
Darville is a great athlete and by far the best player on the Dutchtown High School football team.
He will find a good college. The only thing holding him back is his height.
Collins(class 2012) is also an athlete. Still young and has time to fill out his body. But is already pretty nice size to become a f/s in the next level

When's the last time EA won a meaningful football game? They ran off the last coach that had them in the playoffs and it looks like the new coach will go three years without playing in a playoff game.

don't know if Darville will end up on the offense permantly. He is one hell of a lock down corner. If you look at his night at St. Amant, he had two touchdowns, an interception, and several tackles, and when he tackles it's not an arm tackle. I posted a long time ago about this kid. He is a beast, and just a junior.

true. he is a great corner. he is probably leading the dutchtown defense in tackles and plays cornor. what does that tell you about the LBs? haha you guessed it.

Very true. But as I talked to my little cousin who plays o-line for them he said Reed was actually waiting on his "z" back to help with the yardage. Thaddeus Godfrey#5, brother of Marcus Godfrey#20 who was offered earlier this year by Tulane, is this guy who he is waiting for, i was told he had some sort of knee injury and surgey. This is the sign of a season ender but Dutchtown may make it far enough for the young man to play a little his junior year. My cousin told me he is a very quick, ellusive back like the formor #5 of Dutchtown, Desmond Thompson, but has vision that is 1000x better. Suppose to be very good.

that kid troy lewis that you mentioned is a ridiculous baseball prospect. outstanding patience for a young hitter. could be a nice outfield or middle infield prospect for LSU in the future. Kid started for Dutchtown last year and hit 2 hole......Dutchtown was the number 2 team in the state.

yeah, this kid is a ridiculous athlete on the diamond.

he is a phinominal, elite baseball player. he will deff. be seen playing on the next level on the diamond. He is very smart in school, good grades, maintains about a 4.2 average i beleive. The Dutchtown baseball team should be greatful to have him on the team. Not to mentsion he hit a nice solo bomb in the state championship game as a FRESHMAN. Hes going to be a star..
