Saban has always impressed me with pushing his players more during the off season than most college coaches. A lot of our players physically looked like NFL players in college and LSU rarely looked like tired team in the 4th quarter under Saban

I think it's a grass-is-always greener thing, like how you miss your ex-girlfriend that you didn't really like that much at the time. But Saban's players got roasted just like everybody else, which is why his bowl record wasn't that good. Hell, you remember Utah, right? Iowa? Texas?

I don't remember "Saban's players" puking on the field in the 4th quarter. As for Saban losing a few he should have won, great coaches don't always win all the time. No coach does.

Has Miles ever gone an entire season w/out losing at least 2 games he should have won?

Michigan State was an outstanding team during Saban's last year there. They beat the crap out of Florida in the Citrus Bowl, I believe.
