For starters I think Alabama and Florida have great high school programs.

That helps. Saban is proven. I still maintain we will see how well Urban does post Tebow. Not sold on him totally but he is not the failure many on this board predicted when he was hired.

And per capita, Louisiana produces more NFL talent than either of those states.

I think that the biggest things are their organization and ability to put together phenomenal staffs. Don't underestimate the importance of assistant coaches or overestimate the importance of a head coach.
