Had a great time. No real issues with the fans this time. We tailgated behind the Wienerschnitzel (I know you all love your corndogs) and Burger King in a field of mud. It was like watching a mud bog before the game.
I told you all the Gator D was for real. At least our scoring D will improve since you could only muster 3 points.
Great atmosphere, we always enjoy the tailgate and of course the game. With the LSU D your team will be in every game. You all still could have a great season, and hopefully you take care of Bama and get to Atlanta.

Yea...we do. Highland, in front of the band lot.

You do have a Wienerschnitzel. Look it up. It's on Highland. Thanks though.

I enjoyed the Florida fans I talked to at the game and they all seemed to be having a good time. I have been going to LSU games for over 30 years now and have yet to see one incident between an LSU fan and an opposing fan. A lot of tigerbaiting but it was all done in good fun and the Florida fans seemed to take it in stride. I don't think I have ever seen that much purple and gold tailgating and on campus on game day before. It was wall to wall people and there were a couple of times as the players and band were coming down the hill that we were packed in like sardines. Great time although I wish the outcome of the game would have been different.

The razor wire was a nice touch.
We got there at 9 AM and parking was impossible. You all are pro tailgaters. I have never seen so many people come to just tailgate then leave. Wow.
That was one of the only places left to park.

The old rugby fields where the band practices. I've played there before, and used to tailgate there with my dad when I was a little kid. It used to be a great place to throw the football around in a marked field before the start of the game, although I haven't been there before an LSU game in years and years...

had a great time tailgaiting and at the game even though we lost!! The gator fans were great except at the end going back to our car we saw a big group of gator tailgators and they were burning a huge tiger stuffed animal!!! We havent lost at home on a night game in a very very very long time. that sucked!!! still love my tigers-
We will meet back up again in Atlanta and I will be there to burn the gator

Don't listen to him. South Baton Rouge has character. Just ask Cleo Fields...
