I can't say enough about how friendly, welcoming and gracious the LSU fans were during our entire trip to Baton Rouge. We were invited to no less than 10 tailgates to drink and eat with Tiger fans. We wore Gator shirts and went to several high profile LSU bars on Friday night (The Chimes, Bulldog, Ivar's) and encountered nothing more than gentle ribbing followed by hand shakes and wishes of good luck (and more tailgate invitations). Yeah, youll hear calls of tiger bait and run into some drunk fans, but where in the SEC is that not going on? Granted, we stayed on the west side of the stadium and even the LSU fans advised us not to walk up the hill and deal with the students, but I can unequivocally say that I would return again and enjoy another game in Red Stick. The stadium is awesome, LOUDDDDD, and they love their team. All in all a terrific time on all fronts

There's always going to be a few bad apples.......I agree - LSU fans are a class act in general. Even when you browse TigerDroppings their posts seem to focus on their infrastructure and strategy - as opposed to UT's who are just stupid and full of hatred, etc.

lol ok
