Williams is NOT a great back by any stretch. The guy doesn't see the LOS well as proven by his inability to find a hole but instead runs into a pile. What made JH great was his ability to move a yard or two to the left to find a crease. Williams simply runs where the play is designed...great if a hole is there...if not, no gain!

KW's feet and inabilty to shift directions/elude have been fatal to him. He's big and fast, but unless the hole is where it is supposed to be , when it's supposed to be, forget it.
It seems to take him 3 or 4 steps to change directions.By then, you are dead.
