Wouldn't a good strategy be to park down Nicholson close to I-10 and just make the 15 minute walk to the car?

You can outwalk most of the traffic from that point can't you? If I parked somewhere like Nicholson and Oklahoma St could I make the quick right on Terrace and then jump on the interstate at that point?

In my experience most Americans (especially in the South) are lazy. They would rather walk 5 minutes and sit in 2 hours of traffic than walk 15 minutes and sit in 10 minutes of traffic.

So my strategy will work, right???

that is correct. If you have an old bicycle you could park at the pastime and ride it up to the stadium on the levee and then skip bertman. chain it to one of the bicycle racks during the game.

Dude, isn't this your second post on how to get out of the game. Seriously, you are missing the enjoyment? Are you even at the game yet? Most people are looking forward to going, some spending hunreds of $$$$ for a ticket and all you keep talking about is how quickly you can get out.

or do what most UT/UGA fans do... leave in the middle of the 3rd quarter when they're already down by 30

if you park close to the stadium, you have to get to your car before everyone else gets to theirs

Dude..just don't go. Give your tickets to someone with some balls.

You already said you're leaving your house at the 8:00 min mark to avoid traffic getting in, now 'How do I get out'?

Get real...

LSU fans don't leave at halftime. People who go to the game just to be able to say they were there leave at halftime.

sneak in 9mm gun. with about 5 mins left in 4th quarter load gun. shoot self in foot. the ambulance will have to rush you to the hospital, and everyone gets out of the way for lights and sirens

Dont understand why more people dont do that, but I guess then it would lead to more traffic later... nevermind, carry on...

But, I support this plan

I'm not going to leave the game early, but why would I want to sit in traffic unnecessarily?

I don't think there is anything wrong with this thread

Hope you are packing. Next to Mall City, that area of town is the most crime infested section.

If you are worrying about traffic the whole time you are in the game, why go?

I'm not "worried" about it, I just want to have a good plan to expedite my departure.

I don't see why everybody is so fricking hostile about it.

Preparedness is my middle name, Dawg.
