I think that's the policy. If you beat #1, you're #1 until someone beats you. Then they're #1. Even if you haven't won a game all season. That's an NCAA rule. Don't trust me, look it up.

I hope not. LSU plays poorly and always loses two weeks after becoming #1. LSU controls their NC destiny anyways. Let Texas be #1 and we'll take #2. Both make the NCG.
