A&M...Always in the top 15 or 20 in recruiting and haven't finished in the top 20 in I don't know how long.

I don't know about Michigan State. They are and always will play second fiddle to UM, plus they aren't in a state with a lot of BCS conference caliber recruits.

Illinois & Texas A&M have been said so let me add

Mizzou- only school in the state, their divison is kansas, kansas St., Iowa St, Nebraska, & Colorado
