guy really knows how to handle the media...sat there with no notes and covered every aspect of the Stanford loss// impressive coach

I'd take him over Miles

That game reminded me of when the Tigers beat Florida and then loss to Ole Miss. The Big Win Hangover.

He loses to Stanford and you'll take him over Miles?

Pete Carroll lost to Stanford too -- you wouldn't take him?

Pete better start looking for another losing NFL job because Sark is coming

Miles has done nothing to justify being fired. Yes, his games are close, but LSU has become the kind of team where we are everyone's BIG game.

frick Pete Carroll...he gets whoever he wants year in and year out because of where his school is and he has ONE national championship to show for it in a conference with no championship game. People suck his dick and act like he gets to the MNC every year.....hell no I wouldn't trade for him.

Ever pause to consider that perhaps LSU has gotten the necessary boost in the computer polls because of their strength of schedule?
It can hurt and help you.

conference championship games actually catapult a team into the NCG more than knock a team out. It's to USC's disadvantage they the Pac 10 doesn't have one. Remember, LSU would have zero BCS titles if it weren't for the SECCG.

Sark is an impressive coach.
If Miles were to leave or get fired, I would have Sark as my first choice.
Considering the talent level, UW is doing quite well.

His team definitely comes out to play.

okay...so if the computers think that his loss is worse than ours...wouldn't that logically mean that his team performed at a lower standard than ours...thus meaning our coach did a better job?

The computers reward you FAR more for a good win than they hurt you for any loss.
