I think they are disregarding the poll rankings and giving UGA the home field advantage. I would have UGA favored by 7.5.

Home team is anywhere between a 3-6 point swing depending on who you ask.

It tells me they think they can still get plenty of action on LSU at +3. Seems like if the number was higher it would be a trap line.

The line is right around where it's supposed to be. It was -3.5 at the LV Hilton Superbook two months ago on their GOY lines. I nailed the opener here Saturday, and it's following uptick.
