This show is great. I have really enjoyed season 3 so far. Thoughts? Where do you think they will head with the storyline?

Good question.
I see Don having an affair with Sally's psycho teacher. Maybe Betty will have one with the governor's assistant guy.
Peggy maybe being a mole inside Sterling Cooper for whoever Duck is working with now?
More sexual orientation angst for Sal.

I also doubt they go in this direction with Peggy.
I read good quote from a review of the last episode (spoiler alert for those who haven't watched it yet) "I think I would have chosen to stare directly at the eclipse rather than watch Duck and Peggy have sex."

Have loved the last 2 episodes. Things seem to be happening much faster now. Spoiler: I was hoping Don wouldn't sign the contract.

Eventually, Kinsey will be suspected of communism, Bert Cooper will die, Duck will commit suicide, and Peggy will drown all of her illegitimate kids. Okay that last one is stretching it.
