because some programs are better than other programs. seriously, why do we play florida every year and someone else gets to play vandy every year.

why in the hell dosen't this rotate?

It was set up this way because Bama-Tenn and Auburn-Ga. wanted to keep their annual games.
The proper way to have done this was to go the way the Big XII did and go to a rotating schedule whereby you played your division teams and rotated a home and home with 2 opposing division teams every year.
If Bama-Tenn and Auburn-Ga. wanted to continue their series every year, then they could have scheduled them as out-of-conference games and everybody would be happy and the schedules would be fairer.
To play every team in the conference would make the SECCG pointless. It would be just like it used to be before divisional play so there would be no need for it.
