and before you say they don't care what stupid fans have to say, there was word from reliable sources that said the things said on this board had an effect on potential recruits because they were used by other coaches to recruit negatively.

It's not the sole reason but it's a contributing part of the recruitment process. Why give them a reason.

There's a way to be critical and not entirely positive without being downright cynical and negative.

If they were concerned, I would send them to the Al.com boards. All they do is bitch back and forth over there, today it is racism..

Why would a recruit care what I say on this board? I think the LSU players need to worry about what HC Miles is telling them, not what fans think or say. If they are concerned, then they need thicker skin because the avg. NFL fan base is 10x more brutal than any college fan base (ever talk to NY or Philly fans?).

If they want to be concerned about opinions (not that they should be), then they should watch ESPN, CBS, etc.
