Anyone notice the same thing I did? Our line is unbelievably young -- it should only continue to get better this season and in seasons to come.

Doesn't matter. If we don't win the NC this year, 1/2 this board will call for Miles to be fired

And we will be young at other positions next year. You can use the youth excuse every year. Eventually it will get old.

What does Bama's OL look like?

Three returning starters, 2 of whom have started for multiple years prior to this season and we are struggling because we are unbelievably young?

Yeah, and maybe some of the younger guys should see some playing time. T-Bob Hebert, Josh Dworaczyk, and Ciron Black are just not getting it done for us. If they don't step up their game in a hurry, we're going to lose the majority of our conference games this year. For their sake, I hope they get it going soon.

I don't think the new starters are as physically developed as they need to be, combined with rather lackluster efforts from the entire group. If they were going at it every play with a mean streak and aggressiveness like Peterman used to one could at least applaud their efforts. I don't know where this line will stack up by the end of the season, but they need to get their collective azzes in gear and man up for the rest of the schedule.

Bama's OL
2 SR
5 JR
4 SO
6 FR
So they have more experience...thought they were a bit younger as well.

We only have 3 players on our entire roster that play on the OL that are JRs and SR. You don't think that's young? It's not an excuse by any means -- it's a contributing factor.
I don't think even you could argue that. Success is largely dependent on depth and experience.

Being young as a group has something to do with this. It's not everything though -- Hitt, Black, and Barksdale have no excuses.

The O-Line scares the crap out of me as I'm sure it does the coaches.
