Just want to see what all the posi-tigers truly believe LSU's legitimate end of season record will be. Now be honest with yourselves. I have seen a lot of talk on here about winning the sec or outside shot at the national championship. Being one of the top 5 teams in the country at the end of the season. Let's see what you really think. Started this last night in the scoreboard want to carry it over here.

9-3 or 8-4. This is not our year unless the O-line dramatically improves and Jefferson continually gets better.

Anything better than these 2 records and Miles/staff deserve a gold star.

8-4 IMO. 9-3 is expecting too much based on how the team has looked so far and last season

9-3

It's possible for LSU to go 10-2, I think, but it's probably more likely for LSU to go 8-4.

The team is playing a lot of good teams this season on the road. LSU had a small signing class in 2005, and a signing class in 2006 that had some holes punched through it.

In the bigger scheme, things are alright, and I like where the program is headed.

I'm thinking 9-3 is the eventual final record. No SEC Championship though

Honest end of regular season prediction I think would be 10-2. And Miles has been awesome in bowl games. But, I'm glad we aren't going to tear any goal posts down if we beat Florida. LSU as a program "expects" we can win these games now.

I can't predict the future, because I don't know how this team will react to adversity. Leadership is the key.
STRONG leadership= SEC westchamps
NO leadership= last yr.

I remember a writer once said that you need three things to win consistently: solid defense, experienced QB, and a kicking game.

Right now, we appear to have only one of those.

Jefferson will not let this team lose more than 3 games (bowl included). Anyone who says undefeated or one loss has not watched any games. Our O-line is not good. If we played Florida tomorrow they would sack Jefferson 6 times. Thank God we have a mobile quarterback this year because we need someone like JJ who can scramble. I'll be happy with a 10-3 record and a bowl win.

9-3, just like most of the other fans, what's wrong with that thought?

I don't like to give predictions for "my team" because I believe it's counter-productive, counter-motivational, and a loser mentality.

I think LSU has the team to win it all, particularly looking at the teams that have lost a game already (e.g. Ohio State, USC, Georgia, TN), but I wouldn't be surprised if this team lost 4 or 5 games, based on what I've seen so far.

But here's the thing, in the years when LSU would scorch a non-conference opponent 50-7, they'd end up barely beating, or dropping a game or more, to an SEC Opponent.

LSU's Miles has his system, and given his record, I can't argue with it, be disappointed with it, or second guess it.
