Time for T-Bob to step it up or the SEC will destroy him.

He must get more physical, he seems to get pushed around a bit. Young O Line are so hard to develop. Hopefully he comes along, we need a T-Bob starting.

I actually watched T Bob and I like his hustle. He was one of the only lineman going downfield and cleaning up piles.

he gets pushed around a lot.

T Bob is going to be a very good center. He just needs some time.

lonergan needs to get a shot. doughboy is struggling

Why single out T-Bob? The whole offensive line needs to improve.

cheap jab.

I have a hard time believing he is within 20 lbs of his 285 listed weight, nor does he look very explosive coming off the line. It's a little stinky having a newb QB and center the same season, but they will get better.

t-bob is young and will come along. Lonergan will get his chance when it is time.
center is far different from any other position on the line. their first repsonsibility is recognizing/calling the schemes, then it's push.
Brett Helms got pushed around a bit, but he was an outstanding center.

I hope he pancakes somebody and then puts his arms out and "flys around" like a falcon.

Sound about right as far as Miles goes. Lonergan, even though arguably better, must wait his turn in favor of the older guy.

ETA: Your post could have been sarcastic, I don't know.

I remember Whitworth getting pushed around by that small DE from oregon State. Now look at him. Same with Rudy Nyswanger. OL development takes time. Herman J. didn't start as a frosh, if I remember correctly.

I really fear what Terrance Cody will do to T-Bob.
[Not being critical of T-Bob, just don't think he's ready or big enough yet]

he didn't get pushed around
swancutt was like 5-11 and just ran under whitworth
whit alwyas has had problems with speed rushers, esp shorter ones. he is tall and doesn't have good bend
but the best LT of all time (jon ogeden) lost bend late in his career and was absolutely dominated one mnf against freeney for the same reason

Bill Swancutt was 6'4" and 265lbs, just to let you know.
