The Texans looked awful week 1, whats everyone else doing with Slaton this week? I'm tempted to bench him but his track record against Tenn. is really solid.

Im starting D'Angelo, and could go Cadillac, Pierre Thomas, or Addai instead (Miamis run D was real nasty last week though)

I'd probably start a Healthy Thomas over Slaton. The Titans D is really good and I think the Texans will be playing from behind most of the game.

Perhaps, but I think Slaton isn't going to sneak by under the radar like he did last season. Schaub and the passing offense looked pitiful last week, which will only make it even harder for Slaton to run the ball.

Given your alternatives, I'd stick with Slaton. At least he's healthy and he tore them up last year (when they had Haynesworth in the middle). Thomas is too risky at this point. Don't put too much stock into the first game. The Jets run a 3-4 defense, which has given Slaton problems. Tennessee is tough, but Slaton knows he can run on them and that confidence makes a difference.

I'm sitting him this week in one league in favor of Chris Johnson.

Yea im sitting him too, as much as I would like to go off of numbers from last year, I have a bad feeling that Tenn. will stack the box and do the same thing they did to Pitt. last week and completely shut down their run game.

Think I should start Ray Rice over Slaton?
