i usually serve broccoli or asparagus when i do pasta. a nice spinach salad of some sort would go well too.

I am looking forward to the Gumbo fest in Chackbay this year.
A small crabcake would go well as would the veggies mentioned above.

Asparagus goes nicely. Broccoli would work as well. Nice salad, some good dinner rolls or garlic bread, and a nice glass of wine.

id go with salad, raw veggies or some type of casserole style veggie (squash or sweet potatoes cut up with a little oil/butter and light seasoning)

sensation salad or something green with an acidic component. Green veggie with lemon juice would even work.
