To Every Bandwagon Tiger Fan...

You should definitely remember where you came from. You guys were a doormat program for most of the 90s. Your program was led by legendary names such as Mike Archer, Curley Hallman, and Gerry DiNardo. You guys fricking hired Lou Tepper. And none of you want to claim those days...
I'll give you this, Nick Saban changed the culture. Won a National Championship. Then a good percentage of you came on. The bandwagoners. Who claim to be lifelong fans. Now, you guys hate to claim he had anything to do with it because he "betrayed" you for Alabama. Dude made a decision that was best for him. Get over it. Now you cower in fear that Bama may be surpassing you.
As a fanbase, LSU would be much more tolorable if they'd acknowledge that they were once a shite program also. But, that may be too much to ask...
So, for these reasons, and your foolish fricking homerism and pride, I'm riding with the school I attend, Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns. We probably won't beat you...but we'll fricking leave it all out on the turf at Tiger Stadium.

I claim them...makes me feel good about what we now have and where we came from. I can appreciate a 14 point win against Vandy and an 8 point win vs. a team that had been 0fer that previous year.

GFY
I remember the '90's and remember the haterade from USL fans ,that never filled Cajun field then either, when I lived in Lafayette. Stop acting like there's not a lot of hate from the Cajuns.

Not the case with the majority of LSU fans. I was born in 1984 and have been going to games since I was 3 years old. I was around and remember (although I wasn't old enough to remember all of them) the bad days. I might not be able to name players, coaches, etc. from that time...but I do remember LSU sucked. But I also remember having a blast at LSU games for a really really long time and I was a fan whether they won or lost.
I've been a Saints fan all my life too...And I've just gotten one good season out of them so far. I still cheer for them the same every week and will continue to do so for years and year.

No, he left for the NFL...which is a lifelong dream. Don't blame him. Whenever the NFL didn't work he came back to college and Bama was his best offer.

As a fanbase, ULL would be much more tolerable if they'd acknowledge that they always were a shitty football program and will always be.

I strive for correctness not originality.

This is correct...as only 16,431 fans found their way to Cajun Field for the big win last weekend. Even after our sorry-arse fans who show up for half the game have departed, we still have way many than that left...

I completely agree with this...which is why I don't get the rash hatred for Saban from Tiger fan.

We have more fans then this watching the band march down the hill before the game.

Keep riding, dummy. You are in for a LOT of pain. I assume you were making the comparison between USL's football program to LSU's in the nineties to say that one day USL will win a NC or, *GASP* even a few Sun Belt titles? Keep riding and keep dreaming.

The Troy game disagrees...

Soooo very sad. LSU has NEVER been a "shite" program. All major programs go thru a crappy period due to bad hires or whatever. Stop trying to make yourself feel legit. And good luck on that remedial algebra test tomorrow, fig.

I am with you on this one...I have no grudge against the guy at all. He was an a-hole, to be sure, but a crystal-ball winning a-hole. He went to the NFL...didn't like it...and got out. SO what that he ended up in the SEC.

You are mixing grievances here, do you want everyone to agree with your passive ways on all subjects involving LSU sports? If not, you're gonna stop being a fan of LSU in favor of UsL? Have at it, man.

i asked this earlier but do you have temporary moments of clarity where the stupid goes away?
