Had the Coyote Blue Filet last night...it was a very good steak, but all the extra stuff on the plate was a little overkill. I did like the Anahiem (sp) stuffed pepper. And the veal demiglaze was very good also. The steak was perfect, and being cooked over Mesquite tasted great.

I got the shrimp tacos and they were excellent. On the menu as fried, but I had them grilled instead. And get the corn grits as your side.
