I would fire him for five losses. That is not the right direction no matter how you slice it. Too much talent to dick around with five losses two years in a row. We would have to move before the program is in complete shambles. We shouldn't wait until we go sub .500 to make a change. If we do it at that point, then the new coach could come in while there is still talent.

What top-notch coach is going to want to come in to a situation where 11-2, 11-2, 12-2, 8-5, 8-5 gets you fired?
