Mike Davis report

Saw this online from a A@M fan that went to the Skyline Game in Dallas

WR Mike Davis 6'2 185 Senior: He is the best football player on Skyline's offense and the most exciting player on the field. He is very elusive. Has legit 4.4-4.5 speed. If he sticks to his LSU commitment then they will land a great one. On one catch and run he made 7 different Kimball defenders miss him. He appears to glide on the field and is very smooth. He is worth the price of admission. Davis only had two catches that I saw, but that was more than enough.

Good to hear. He is the one reason I won't be too upset if we don't get Reed. Don't mistake that for not wanting Reed though.

He is the most underrated recruit in this class, he is a top 100 player in my book. LSU has a good one.

Aka. LB Corey Nelson is the best player on Skyline's team (offense and defense).

2 catches? that guy needs to get off his knees after making all those comments for Mike to only have 2 catches tonight

Why do you say that? He might have only been thrown 2 twice or he might play for a team that runs the ball most of the time, or his qb might suck. I mean there could be numerous reasons why he only caught 2 passes.

I was saying , I seriously doubt that just 2 catches, regardless of why, is enough to say "I've seen enough"

looking forward to seeing him on the field for us next year.

Davis is the best receiver in the state this year IMO. He is really that good.

Dude outright sucks as a poster.
A&M Homer trying to justify why their sucky team is good.
Go play on your own board.

he keeps trying to rub christine michael in our faces. wow, he's playing for a shite a&m team. he wouldn't play this year and likely never have been a feature back at lsu. most people haven't and won't lose any sleep over losing him.

I don't believe Corey was ever going to come to LSU to begin with. So with that being said I wonder what your reaction will be when Jarrett Fobbs leaves A&M for LSU?? I will take that trade.

I'm really not that wild about Fobbs, but I am hoping we take him so that I can watch the meltdown on Texags.com.
