I live in the adjoining Atlanta suburb to his high school and locally there's not much talk about him anymore. My daughter's high school South Gwinnett shut him down in a controlled scrimmage two weeks ago and his team lost their regular season game last night. Is LSU still interested in him and if not, why not?

Did he make that trip to BR in July where he was supposed to verbally commit?

This is what happened.

The coaches didn't like as much as some of us fans did. Funny thing is that they get paid to judge talent and we don't.

We'll take Spencer and Lache........and we'll whistle all the way to a successful running game for the foreseeable future.

Why was he offered then?

Well a lot of people get "offers." This speaks to the committable offers issue.

Tenneessee for example has offered about 175 kids.

He did visit here in July and it sounded like he tried to commit or did and was told to keep it quiet but either he or his dad talked to the media and that kind of ruined things once and for all I believe.

I was just asking because since that incident, you don't hear anything about him in the Atlanta area. Mack Brown (recently committed to Florida) gets more publicity than Storm.

There was talk when Storn transferred from Buford to Loganville that he wasn't even the best RB on that Buford team and we was afraid of competition as James Davis' bro was going to Buford.

what's the deal with LSU and parents lately? seems like for the last couple of years LSU has had recruits with shady or down right stupid parents.

They all buy into their kid is the next great thing.....

Buford is only a AA school but they have a great program so you have to wonder when a kid transfers out of their program. Most cases good kids are fighthing to get in. Looks like they are stacked again this year. I'd ahve to think they give most AAAAA schools a run for their money, probably beat most if not all.

This is the case everywhere (including Arkansas)

Generally speaking, we have great relationships with parents.

FYI, I was at his game.....123 yards, 23 carries, 2 TD's, a third 50 yard "amazing" run, called back. Loganville fans all commenting on how good Storm is. 3 kick offs caught at 1 yard line returned to the 50. He put on a show.
