1.) RB
2.) WR
3.) QB
4.) PR/KR
Although if you were speaking incidence of injury per chance, PR/KR would probably leap to third.

most statistics would agree with you

RB definitely the most, but I'm really not sure of WR vs. QB. A lot of QBs go down. Think about LSU. Davey, Mauck, Flynn, Hatch, Lee, and Russell all missed games for injuries.

so pretty safe to say QB is more dangerous than the PR/KR position, right?
when was the last time a PR/KR got hurt returning kicks?

a qb, wr, hb plays about 50-60 plays per game?
a kick returner would return kicks, what 4-5 times.
id like to see an injuries per snap statistic, if you can come up with one that disproves me ill gladly tell you your right. hell, ill buy you a cheeseburger.

you: never happened = can't happen. gottcha!
why do you continue to compare apples and oranges by saying qbs get hurt more than kick returners?
why can't you explain then, why a coach wont let his most talented player return kicks?

Kevin Faulk. He never got hurt returning kicks and was our most talented player on offense.

That was a long time ago, though- 1998. I don't blame you for not remembering. You probably just started following LSU in 2003.
Good to have you on the bandwagon!

So, you don't think it was possible that a team could have intentionally kicked the ball away from Faulk?
Besides, my point was proven. Give it up.

RBs get beat up the most.
Just look at the NFL, a running back who is older than 26/27 is considered old and past his prime.
