Bacon-Wrapped Pork Loin (pics on pg 1,2&3)

Start with some pineapple juice and Ronnie's Shakin' Jamacian spice rub.
Mix together and inject pork loin.
Wrap in bacon, put in foil and put on smoker.
-Drink beer
-Check heat on smoker
-Drink beer
When pork loin done
ENJOY
