What up Mout? Good to hear from you and hope you make a tailgate appearance this season.
We use the Oak Grove Jambalaya mix a lot at home and like it better than the others. We do as others have mentioned tho by sauteing down some trinity. I usually add a can of beer in lieu of all water as well. I usually steal one of my wifes crappy beers for this tho.............
