i took a couple pound of bone in chicken thighs...sprinkled with a bit of tonys.....browned the frick out of em....removed... added the sausage .....browned the frick out of trinity....followed directions....result.......salty as frick!!!! frick tonys or any other creole seasoning.....

The premixed Jambalaya stuff already has plenty enough seasoning IMO.........
